GUIDELINES FOR PATIENTS UNDER INSURANCE COVERAGE

ON ADMISSION

  • Patients are requested to approach the Insurance Desk. (Ground Floor)
  • Provide the required documents (Insurance details & KYC) at Insurance Desk
  • Insurance Desk will apply for preauthorization
  • Patients are requested to pay the Billing counter the difference in the estimated and preauthorization approval amount before the procedure.
  • Minimum time to receive the preauthorization from Insurance company will be between 3 to 6 hrs.

ON DISCHARGE

  • Requested documents will be received from Nurses Station.

  • Insurance Desk will apply for enhancement.

  • On approval from Insurance company the same will be intimated to the patients.

  • Patients are requested to approach the Billing Counter and settled the Bill.

  • Settlement of refund is subject to the actual realization of the mentioned amount by the Insurance Company.

  • Minimum time to receive the enhancement from Insurance Company will be between 2 to 6 hrs.
